In Ayurveda, imbalance enhances the state of illness and balance favors a healthy state.

Consultations

The goal of an Ayurvedic consultation is to identify the symptoms manifested and the imbalances in the body.
Subsequently, appropriate therapy is prescribed and nutritional counseling is performed to restore the desired balance again.

Treatments

Abhyanga Massage is a gentle, full-body massage made with heated oil. Specifically, pressure points or marmas that are distributed throughout the body are massaged or worked.
Apart from relaxation of the body and appeasement of the mind, it also facilitates the detoxification, hydration and nutrition of the body.

Shirodhara is application of heated oil in the center of the forehead, running on wire, uninterruptedly for a long period of time.
In addition to the relief of localized stresses in the head, it is suitable for situations of: mental agitation, migraines, stress, depression, insomnia and concentration deficit.

Pinda Sweda is a cloth rap made with milk, rice and plants. It tones the body, moisturizes the skin and is very useful in situations of degenerative disease such as: progressive muscular dystrophy; polynephritis; arthritis; joint stiffness and problems of movement or locomotion.

Bastis (externally), a Basti can be described as a "dam" of warm oil, enveloped in mass and applied to specific points of the body, such as knees, back, eyes, etc.
They are used for example for situations of pain, tension and muscle compression, as well as joint problems. In the case of Netra Basti, the goal is to clean the eyes.
